The trial gives you enough capacity to test real workloads, not just sample uploads. All features are available during the trial, including Object Lock with Compliance mode.

What happens when the trial ends

You will receive email reminders at:

  • Day 15 -- Halfway through your trial, with an upgrade link.
  • Day 25 -- 5 days left, with an upgrade link.
  • Day 31 -- Trial ended, grace period started.
  • Day 36 -- Data deletion in 48 hours.
  • Day 38 -- Deletion confirmed.

You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during the trial or grace period. Upgrading restores full access immediately.

Pricing is usage-based. You pay for what you store, measured as the average storage consumed across the billing period. There are no minimum commitments.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. You can add a credit card from Settings > Billing in the dashboard.

  • Invoices are generated monthly.
  • Usage details are visible in the dashboard under Billing > Usage.
  • Payment is due on receipt of invoice.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from the dashboard. After cancellation:

  1. Your account remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  2. At the end of the billing period, the account transitions to read-only.
  3. After a grace period, data is permanently deleted.

If you have objects with active Object Lock retention, those objects cannot be deleted until retention expires, even after cancellation.
